If you have worked on a SITES project team, this is your moment to shine! The upcoming American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Conference on Landscape Architecture 2025 and Greenbuild International Conference and Expo 2025 have issued their calls for presentations.

These are premier opportunities to share your innovative work with industry leaders, professionals and advocates who are shaping a resilient, regenerative and sustainable future. Your SITES project, or ideas related to SITES principles, could be the inspiration they’re looking for.

Why submit a proposal?

The ASLA and Greenbuild conferences are two of the most influential platforms for professionals dedicated to advancing nature-positive land design and development. These events draw diverse audiences, including architects, landscape architects, planners, developers, policymakers and sustainability advocates. By submitting a proposal, you can

  • Showcase your leadership. SITES-certified projects exemplify cutting-edge approaches to sustainability, resilience and ecological regeneration. Presenting your project highlights your leadership in these critical areas. Alternatively, connecting your subject matter to the SITES goals and rating system credits can bolster the intention of your presentation.
  • Educate and inspire. Attendees are eager to learn actionable strategies for creating more nature-positive land projects. Successes, challenges and connections to the rating system provide a road map for other projects to source from.
  • Expand your network. Conferences offer unparalleled opportunities to connect with other professionals and organizations committed to sustainability. Presenting your work can open doors to collaborations and partnerships.
